What is the sublimation method?

It is the method we use to customize sportswear.

First, we print the design with eco-friendly inks on paper. Subsequently, we place the white tissue on the paper and applying heat the ink is injected into the fabric.

The great advantage of this method is that colors do not lose intensity with the use and passage of time.

What should I do if I receive a product with a defect?

Although we have strict quality control, the product may arrive with some defect. Send us an email to atencionalcliente@inverseteams.com and we will quickly solve the problem for you.

How do I wash and maintain technical clothing?

It is very important to follow the washing and maintenance instructions to extend the useful life of clothing and technical material. In the Maintenance and Washing section you will find all the necessary information.

How can I know my size?

How can I request a budget?

Can you put the athlete’s name on clothing?

Yes, but it has an extra cost. Our salesperson will inform you of the conditions when they send you the budget.

These examples are not definitive. We can change the colors, shapes and add your logos. We want you to feel 100% identified with the clothes you wear.

Can I return a custom product?

Custom products cannot be returned. In case the garment has a defect we will fix it quickly.

What steps do I have to follow to make a custom equipment?
  1. Contact us by mail: export@inverseteams.com and define the clothes you want and accept the budget.
  2. Our design team will make you a custom proposal.
  3. When you approve the design and make the down payment, production will begin.
  4. In four weeks you will receive the clothes.
What is a vectorized logo?

It is a logo made up of vectors and not pixels, that is, it is not a picture. In this way we can make it as big as we want without losing quality and we can easily change the color.

Common formats for vectorized files are: .ai .cdr .pdf .eps .svg

Do you have any program where I can make my own design?

Not currently, but we have a wide gallery of examples. You can choose an example and ask us to adapt it to your liking. We can change the colors or shapes and we can include your logos.

You can also tell us what your likings are and our design team will make you an exclusive project.

Within the same order can I make different designs?

Yes, but for each design the minimum number of units set for each garment must be manufactured.

What does it mean that the design is totally free?

It means we can apply the design you want on the sublimable garments. You can give us your idea or our design team will make a proposal to your liking.

Do you have a pattern for men and women?

We have many garments with an exclusive pattern for men and women. Others have a unisex pattern. In the product page you will find the necessary information.

Do the fluor colors make the product more expensive?

No, at INVERSE we do not increase the price of the product for using fluor colors.

Is there an extra cost depending on the number of colors or logos?

No. The color gamut is extraordinarily wide and can be applied as many as you want in your design. This also implies that there is no limit to logos.

How long does the delivery take?

Custom clothing is delivered 4 weeks after order confirmation and down payment. Since we are manufacturers, we are committed to meeting the promised delivery time.

Do I have to order a minimum quantity per order?

Can I order a single unit?

Can I finance my purchase in installments?

Can a logo be added to the collection clothing?

No. Clothes are sold as you see them in the store, without being able to modify them.

Does the price of the products include taxes?

All prices have taxes included in the event that they must be applied. Customs fees and indirect taxes that are paid by the buyer once the shipment arrives at its destination are not included.

Is it safe to shop online?

Yes, it’s totally safe. Our website follows all security protocols so you can buy with complete peace of mind.

The different payment methods have their own security systems. If you pay by credit card, the store does not have your bank details at any time since the transaction is managed through the bank’s secure gateway. Other methods like PayPal only ask for your username and password, and at no time do you have to enter your bank details.

Can I order by phone?

We do not accept orders by phone, all purchases must be made online, but if you have any questions call us and we will solve it for you.

How can I make a request?

Yes. We have 2 types of Private Store. In one, the club administrator is in charge of managing payments and in the other, the members pay directly to Inverse.
